Started as a collaboration between a friend and myself (we each started an Exquisite Corpse to pass to the other) I put the two panels together because we both realized the paintings sucked, and he didn't want them. I had a large College class study of a plaster bust on paper which I used to cover our terrible start, and then kept going from there; I guess it's actually a collaboration with half of my College painting class. The manila envelope in the lower left was supposed to have a letter from the Dean of UCFV congratulating me on making the Dean's List (if I recall correctly - maybe U of L), but when I showed the work at UBC later that year the certificate had gone missing.
